Ordering ALRIS GIS Data
Data are provided to public and non-profit agencies free of charge or for cost of media. Private, for profit, organizations can receive ALRIS data for limited use for contracts with public entites.There is a reasonable free for strictly commercial use. Public, private and nonprofit organizations must submit data request forms. Click here to see a list of available GIS data layers.
Please see our data use policy before ordering GIS data from ALRIS.
Step 1: Either download the form (see link below), or e-mail us at bbruno@azland.gov and we can fax you the data request form. Please be sure to include your fax number.
Step 2: Fill out the form completely. Forms lacking information or containing misinformation delay the process significantly.
Step 3: Either fax in the form to (602) 542-2600 or mail it to:
GIS Data Requests, Arizona State Land Department, 1616 W.Adams, Phoenix, AZ 85007DO NOT e-mail this form unless you have scanned in your signature.

How Is My Order Processed?
Most data should be ready within 3 (three) working days. If you request to download your data then instructions will be sent by email when the files are ready. Please note that some larger data requests cannot be placed online so you may be asked to send CD's, DVD's or an external hard drive to the address listed above in order to facilitate the data transfer.
If a commercial use fee applies then ALRIS will e-mail you a quote to obtain use of the data for your specific purpose.
