State Land Department Public Meetings and Notices

Public Meetings

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, the Arizona State Land Department Board of Appeals,
the Conservation Advisory Committee, the Urban Land Planning Oversight Committee
and the Arizona Geographic Information Council hereby state that all notices of the
meetings of these Boards and any of their committees and subcommittees will be posted
in the lobby of 1616 W. Adams, Phoenix, Arizona 85007 which is open to the public
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM except on legal holidays and furlough days.

These notices will also be posted electronically at the following locations:

• Arizona State Land Department Board of Appeals
• Arizona Geographic Information Council
• Arizona Preserve Initiative
• Notice of Conservation Advisory Committee Meeting March 6, 2013
• Urban Land Planning Oversight Committee
• State Selection Board
  

Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an
agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda
for the meeting.
